    Yes — we offer ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets  for international shipping. Certification is available if needed — just let us know when you request a quote.

  • Do I need to send a sample pallet?

    Nope. A drawing, spec sheet, or clear dimensions are usually all we need. If you have an existing pallet you'd like us to match, photos and key measurements work great — just send them over and we’ll take it from there.

  • What’s the minimum order size?

    We typically build custom pallets in batches of 50 or more — especially for ongoing orders. If you’re unsure or have a special project, reach out and we’ll talk it through.
