The Pallet Pro Promise –

Terms & Conditions

The Pallet Pro Promise –Terms & Conditions

The Pallet Pro Promise covers every pallet we deliver. Here’s exactly what that means, what’s included, and how to use it if you ever need to.

1. Coverage & Eligibility

This promise applies to all pallets purchased from The Pallet Pro — standard 48x40s and custom builds alike.

  • For custom pallets, coverage applies to the quality of materials and construction based on the specifications you provide.

2. Quality Assurance

Every pallet we deliver should arrive ready to use and built to the agreed-upon specifications.

  • If a pallet arrives broken, unsafe, or otherwise unusable, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

3. Replacement or Credit

If a pallet doesn’t meet expectations due to a defect in materials or workmanship:

  • Set it aside and send us a clear photo. Photos are required to process any replacement or credit — they help us identify the issue and prevent it from happening again.
  • We’ll swap it out on your next scheduled delivery or credit your account. Your call.
  • Replacements are handled on your next delivery unless we’ve made other arrangements.

4. Custom Pallet Design Responsibility

Custom pallets are built to the specifications you provide — whether that’s a formal spec sheet, drawings, photos, or written confirmation via email.

  • If no formal spec sheet exists, The Pallet Pro will document the agreed-upon design in writing and confirm it with you before production begins. That confirmation — however it’s delivered — serves as the specification of record.
  • If a design issue comes from incomplete, inaccurate, or unconfirmed information, we’ll work with you to fix it — but additional work may result in added costs.
  • Not sure your specs are clear? We’re happy to work through it with you before anything gets built.

5. Fair Use

This guarantee covers genuine quality concerns — not damage after delivery, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from improper handling.

  • Pallets should be handled in a manner appropriate to their size, design, and weight rating. Oversized or custom pallets may require equipment beyond standard handling — for example, fork extenders for longer pallet spans. Damage resulting from handling that doesn’t match the pallet’s design specifications is not covered under this guarantee.
  • If we notice repeated claims that fall outside these guidelines, we may reach out to review the situation.

6. How to Submit a Request

Email us at promise@orlandopallets.com with clear photos of any pallets you’re setting aside.

  • Photos are required. Without them, we can’t process the request.
  • That’s it. We’ll take it from there.

By ordering from The Pallet Pro, you agree to these terms.
